Returns and exchanges

Eligible unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise with original tags may be returned in accordance with the return window and conditions communicated with your order. Final-sale items and certain personal-use goods may not be eligible.

Before sending an item back, contact info@pookieandsebastianco.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will confirm eligibility and provide current instructions. Items sent without authorization may be delayed.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Financial institutions may require additional processing time.
